Terms and Conditions
Payment
To secure your place, lessons must be paid for in advance before the term starts. All payments are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances where Bonners is unable to provide the agreed lesson.
Splitting The Payment
You may be given the option to split the amount due into 2 equal payments. The first payment is due before the term starts and the second payment will be collected from your nominated credit/debit card around the half term period.
In order to split the payment we will require you to provide us with the credit/debit card details or a post dated cheque.
A £5 administration charge will be added to your total term's fees if you wish to take advantage of the payment splitting option
Missed Classes
If a student misses a lesson for whatever reason, it will not be refunded nor will they be entitled to a replacement lesson.
If a teacher is unable to attend a lesson and we are unable to provide suitable cover, an extra lesson will be timetabled to compensate, or your account will be credited with the value of that lesson.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your lessons can only be made at the end of each term. Once a term has been started, the complete term's lessons must be paid for - even if the student decides not to continue their lessons part way into the term.
